We build tough gear so you can haul with confidence. Still, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s the quick guide:

  • Changed your mind? You’ve got 30 days to return unused products for a refund.
  • Something wrong? If a product shows up defective or damaged, we’ll make it right—replacement, repair, or refund.
  • Used it and broke it? Normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse aren’t covered. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, not abuse.
  • Custom gear? Returns on custom or special-order items may be limited.

Warranty & Return Policy – Full Details

Warranty Coverage

Rad Haul LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase. If a covered defect arises, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dings, fading, etc.)

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or modifications

  • Products used outside their intended purpose


Returns & Exchanges

  • Standard returns: You may return unused, uninstalled products in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Restocking fee: In most cases, we don’t charge restocking fees. If an item shows signs of installation or use, a partial refund may apply.

  • Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size or product, we’ll help swap it out. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Non-returnable items: Custom, special-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.


Return Process

To start a return or warranty claim:

  1. Email info@bikechocks.com with your order number and details.

  2. We’ll issue instructions and, if applicable, a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging (or equivalent).

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, replacement, or repair.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

This policy is governed by the laws of Utah, USA.
